Today in class we went up to the fashion class and they showed us their work and then they came down to us where a couple of people showed them our work. The class then just went into studio time, where we could could have one on ones with the tutors and share concepts with peers for feedback.
Tuesday August 12 - Session Two
Today was studio time again, time to develop concepts and get feedback.
I wasn't too happy with the concepts with the wires and brain, i didn't feel like i could develop it on much more so thats when i decided to start looking into wires, heads and brain cells. I went away and gathered some visual research and started to sketch a new concept while still incorporating the wires and theme 'disconnect from social media'
I researched into brain cells, and weather social media kills brain cells.
I then started looking into another visual library for inspiration. I like the idea of the chords coming out of the head rather than the brain.
After looking into the visual library for inspiration i then was able to come up with a new concept. These concepts are too loose and sketchy they need to be more contained and tidy. So thats what i am going to start looking into next.
